Fast specialist translations in law – certified, on request
When it comes to legal translations, the deadlines are often tight and so speed is required. That’s why our translation service is available from Monday to Sunday, inclusive. Short texts can generally be turned around within a few hours. Certified translations can be provided on request! And if speed is really of the essence, just let us know – our express service does not cost a single cent extra!
Legal translators are highly qualified specialists with a competent command of the specialist legal terminology involved in both the source and target language and an in-depth knowledge of the underlying legal systems. Possession and ownership are often used synonymously in everyday speech and for stylistic reasons this may be acceptable, for example in a marketing translation. However this would be a fatal mistake in a legal translation. Depending on the nature of the purchase contract, for example, not every house ‘buyer’ in England would be classed as a buyer based on the German definition but rather a leaseholder, depending on circumstances (freehold vs. leasehold). Small yet critical differences such as these show just how important it is to get a legal translation right!
At Kitz Global, we cooperate with qualified specialist legal translators as well as lawyers, solicitors, tax advisors, auditors and other experts who have a high level of specialist expertise in their specific legal field, both in the source and target languages.
